To understand that safeguarding children is paramount in ensuring children are safe from harm.
To support management in updating and implementing ongoing policies and procedures.

To provide a stimulating, enabling environment for children to play, learn and develop, both indoors and outdoors.
To observe, assess and plan for children’s development, using the EYFS.

Empathy and understanding of children under five
