Baltic Apprenticeships are delighted to be working in partnership with Breeze IT Limited, who specialise in the development of bespoke software and database solutions that meet specific client needs.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities
Typical roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Learn company standards and working practices
  • Learn how to program through active developing applications
  • Learn /refine web programming skills
  • Working in a variety of programming languages
  • Use technical resources to solve problems
  • Interact with development staff

Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Baltic Apprenticeships and Breeze (IT) Limited.

Salary, Hours & Holidays:

  • The annual wage of £11,700
  • Monday to Friday (9 am-5 pm or 8am-4pm)
  • 20 days of annual leave entitlement (plus bank holidays)
  • Private Healthcare (on completion)

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the program. You, along with your employer, may decide to progress into a full-time Developer position with the business or progress onto a Level 4 Software Development Apprenticeship.

Skills Required

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbally and written)

Qualities Required

  • High level of enthusiasm for programming and software development
  • Some experience of programming and databases

Qualifications Required

Grade 4/C GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English is required

Software Developer level 4.
