Hanley Payments are looking for an Apprentice Customer success Administrator to support their clients using the automated accounting software and troubleshooting any issues clients may have.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

Your duties will include: Support clients with questions on their software Support onboarding new clients Support new and existing clients with Software Implementation Provide software utilisation guidance to clients Be the voice of the customer Communicate product enhancements, describing the client benefits, competitor landscape, operational support/implementation and future developments Operate as an effective part of a team of product experts becoming a pivotal contact for product knowledge

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Digital Support Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

Qualification together with on site training by the employer.

  • For those starting at Advanced (Level 3), the expected duration would be 15 month plus 3 months End point assessment stage)
  • There is an opportunity to progress on to the Higher Apprenticeship (Level 4) and ultimately on to a Degree Apprenticeship

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Opportunity for a full time permanent role for the right candidate on completion of the apprenticeship and/or progress onto a higher level apprenticeship.
