What will the apprentice be doing?
As an Apprentice Customer Service Specialist you will:
- Work alongside skilled and highly experienced colleagues who will guide you through your whole learning journey and help you maximise your potential by sharing their knowledge;
- Promote a positive customer experience by providing a warm and engaging first point of contact, whether that is in the showroom or by responding to digital enquiries;
- Understand the customers’ needs using effective questioning and active listening techniques;
- Use available resources and your own initiative to grow an understanding of developments across the automotive industry;
- Provide recommendations or advice for customer service delivery that demonstrates continue improvement and future focused approach;
- Work effectively as part of the Customer Care team to inspire customers, build loyalty and commitment, and ultimately increase sales.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will complete an 18-month Customer Service Specialist level 3 apprenticeship through a fun and engaging blended learning approach, including workshops, online resources, activities and coaching sessions, supported by your Customer Care Manager, wider team, training provider and Hendy’s very own Training Academy.
