Job Description

Apprentice Customer Service Practitioner for a House Plant Delivery Services company based in Bolton. You will undertake your Level 2 Standard Customer Service Practitioner qualification.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

•Answering the phone
•Dealing with customer queries via Hubspot
•Finding resolutions to customer complaints
•Providing tracking details to customers as they need it
•Liaising with the courier to redirect parcels, or locate missing parcels
•Filing claims via the courier for missing parcels
•Processing refunds
•Adhering to the companies terms and conditions policies whilst speaking to customers

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Intermediate level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service including NVQ and functional skills maths and English. Work based learning.
