Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable apprentice who has completed their GCSE's to join our team as soon as possible. Whilst working towards your Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship, you will learn all aspects of our business by working on our booking desk.

Responsibilities

Main duties will include:

  • Contacting models and actors to check availability
  • Updating databases
  • All general office administration tasks

Upon successful completion of this Apprenticeship programme, apprentices will be able to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at Professional level.

Future Prospects

Although there is never any guarantee, we will always consider our apprentices for employment if we have vacancies available at the end of their apprenticeship. Should there be no vacancies at that time, we will support the apprentice with finding a new position.

Reality Check

Please do not apply because you want to be a model. This role is primarily an office-based job, working on a computer. As an agency, our job is to book the jobs for our models- as the successful apprentice, you will not be out on the shoots with them.  

You will be based in our Norwich office. However, there may be trips to London to see new face models a few times a year. Accommodation and food will be provided for these trips and you will be supervised by senior members of the team at all times.

Qualifications Required

Grade 4/C or above is required in English and maths.

Training Provided

For the full Apprenticeship, candidates will complete:

  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
  • Level 1 Functional Skills in English
  • Level 1 Functional Skills in maths

Apprentices will also work towards and take the test for Level 2 English and maths prior to taking the End Point Assessment.

For the End Point Assessment, apprentices will undertake an apprentice showcase, a practical observation, and a professional discussion.

Upon successful completion of this Apprenticeship programme, apprentices will be able to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at Professional level.
