Job Description

Opportunity to acquire fundamental business administration and customer services skills with the fore founders & market leaders of uPVC caravan Sundecks.


The position will entail balancing customer demands with company interests and provide a superior service to trade & retail customers. Your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Answering phone ensuring all enquiries are dealt with immediately

  • Designing sundecks using our in-house design programme called
  • Quoting and understanding quoting structures
  • Following up every quote with a personal call to customers – making absolutely sure that we are aware of the customer’s intentions at all times
  • Ad-hoc tasks (post distribution, paperless filing, scanning etc)

Future Prospects

  • Possible offer of a full-time permanent position upon apprenticeship completion

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Problem-solving skills
  • You must be confident (to answer the telephone and be willing to call customer – no cold calling)

Qualities Required

  • Demonstrate a strong sense of individual accountability
  • Always put customer first

Qualifications Required

  • GCSEs or equivalents – maths & English
