Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody to become an Apprentice Customer Service Assistant at Re-Rates UK in Bolton.


  • Carry out research and keep abreast of current Business Rate reliefs as detailed by and provided by and management
  • Communicate with potential Business Rate Relief clients effectively
  • Communicate well with team and line management
  • Make Business to Business appointments to be attended by our company representatives
  • Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships within your own team and across the organisation
