Apprentice Customer Service Assistant based in Lytham.


Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Being the first point of contact by phone and email for new and existing customers as well as the inhouse sales team 
  • Recognising client’s requirements and providing solutions and advice that best satisfies their needs
  • Dealing with client enquires and complaints efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Entering data accurately onto the internal systems and maintaining databases
  • Providing consistent, coherent and accurate quotations and product specifications
  • Dealing with a variety of suppliers both in the UK and abroad
  • Upholding the company reputation

Qualifications Required

  • No formal qualifications required

Apprentices will be required to have or achieve level 1 English and maths and to have taken level 2 English and maths tests prior to completion of their Apprenticeship.

Training Provided

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Level 1/2 functional skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
  • Work-based learning
