Apprentice Customer Service Assistant based in Bolton.

Responsibilities

Working within a busy office your duties will include:

  • Answering the telephone to customers
  • Taking orders and inputting orders onto a management system
  • Dealing with queries
  • Upselling and identifying customer needs
  • Emailing customer base with special offers and following it up with a telephone call
  • Identifying what products customers aren't buying
