Job Description

Apprentice Customer Service/Sales Advisor required for a housing building company based in Darwen based within the sales office/showroom


  • Proactively liaising with customers, mortgage brokers, surveyors, estate agents and solicitors to chase progress updates
  • Taking responsibility for the accurate completion and submission of CML forms
  • Submitting and chasing all Help to Buy applications
  • Creating accurate invoices for optional extras and distributing to the necessary parties
  • Leading on ideas and projects that generate new leads across all active sites
  • Working with the Marketing and Advertising Manager to acquire marketing materials and compose advertisements for sites
  • Updating and maintaining the sales trackers and post week update for the use of the Managing Director and in meetings
  • Handle a variety of complex customer queries autonomously and in liaison with all relevant parties
  • Assist the Head of Sales in any adhoc duties and projects as directed
  • Support sales team in all capacities via regular communication
  • Collate all necessary information for weekly departmental sales meetings
  • Cover responsibilities of sales colleagues during annual leave and absence to assure business continuity of the Sales Department
