Responsibilities
Duties include:
- Conduct warehouse quality checks
- Liaison with the warehouse
- Email and telephone response handling and real time call
logging - Problem solving
- Service measurement and reporting
- Pro-active 360 degree service ring arounds
- Maintaining management information systems
- Payment processing – inbound telesales
- Order administration
- Co-ordinate paperwork flows including archiving protocol
