Job Description

At 3PL, were obsessive about our customers and the experience they get with us through our customer first mentality. Were now looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join a small but dynamic support team working in a fast-paced environment. The role holder will play a key part in delivering a world class customer experience.

Responsibilities

Duties include:

  • Conduct warehouse quality checks
  • Liaison with the warehouse
  • Email and telephone response handling and real time call
    logging
  • Problem solving
  • Service measurement and reporting
  • Pro-active 360 degree service ring arounds
  • Maintaining management information systems
  • Payment processing – inbound telesales
  • Order administration
  • Co-ordinate paperwork flows including archiving protocol
