Responsibilities
Duties will include:
- Achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
- Handle customer complaints
- Improve quality of service
- Communicating with customers by email, telephone and other channels
- Providing advice to help customers
- Control and manage products within stores and deal with all deliveries and preparing orders
