An opportunity has arisen with GEC for an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor based in Macclesfield. The candidate will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification.

Responsibilities

Duties will include:

  • Achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Improve quality of service
  • Communicating with customers by email, telephone and other channels
  • Providing advice to help customers
  • Control and manage products within stores and deal with all deliveries and preparing orders
