What will the apprentice be doing?

Provide an excellent first point of contact for all customers of Saffron (both internal and external) and stakeholders. Diagnosing repairs, raising maintenance work orders, recovery of rent arrears, income collection, and providing technical administrative and clerical support.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticehip at City College, Norwich.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Career progression to a Customer Contact Advisor.

Reality Check

This role involves a lot of work on the telephone where you may encounter customers who are dissatisfied with the service they are receiving.
