Job Description

Each JoJo store is unique whether that’s trading over two floors, having a quirky layout or being situated in an interesting place. They have a life of their own. Our Unique Selling Point (USP) in this ever-changing retail world is the relationship we build with our customers, many of them loyal to our brand and to their local store team.


What will the apprentice be doing?

Assisting our customers in many different and sometimes diverse situations, from bra measuring or discussing our maternity wear, to demonstrating a baby carrier to an intrigued parent.
Preparing Omni-Channel orders.
Liaising with customers in store or via the phone on Omni-Channel orders.
Using our digital or virtual learning platforms to continuously develop your knowledge and retail skills.
Actively listening to our customers’ needs and working out what the best solution is for them.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The JoJo Apprenticeship programme is a great opportunity to 'earn while you learn'. You'll learn all there is to know about JoJo whilst studying for the Retailer Level 2 qualification. You will receive expert training from our training provider via face to face meetings or online sessions. You'll receive support & guidance from your store manager & colleagues, as well as our Learning and Development team. The qualification takes approximately 12 months to complete and is fully funded by us. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

At the end of your study, you will receive your Retailer Level 2 qualification and have the opportunity to carry on studying via the apprenticeship programme.
