Job Description

Creditor Liaison Officer required for a Debt Management company based in Manchester working towards a Business Admin Level 3 qualification. For the right person, there is the opportunity to secure full time employment and progress to higher level qualifications.


Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers 
  • Providing advice from commencement to closure in respect of any payment queries
  • Managing daily reports and being pro-active with following up on arrears, payment breaks, changes in circumstances and catch up arrangements
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by using negotiation, communication, and active listening skills
  • Thorough fact finding to ensure solutions provided are appropriate based upon individual circumstances
  • Understanding of vulnerable customer needs and be able to sensitively handle challenging calls as required
