35.0 hours per week 5 days out of 7. Earliest start: 11:00am, Latest finish: 9:00pm. Shifts to be confirmed.

Apprentice Commis Chef based in Leeds.


Duties to include:

  • Maintaining High Standards of hygiene in themselves and the kitchen
  • Preparing the ingredients for the chef
  • Measuring ingredients to the appropriate accuracy for meals
  • Dealing with different deliveries and stock rotation
  • Must be willing to learn and develop skills to progress in career
  • Day to day tasks
  • Turn all equipment on and make sure it is working correctly
  • Take temperature readings
  • Prepare Vegetables/Salads/Meats for services
  • Help Chef prepare meals for customers
  • Wash Up after services 
  • Clean Down whole Kitchen
  • Deep Cleans of Kitchen will be required
