Top Brink Inn are currently looking for an Apprentice Commis Chef.


Duties to include:

  • To work alongside the Head Chef
  • Preparing food using fresh ingredients
  • Training in food presentation
  • Working to Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations
  • Keeping the work area clean and tidy

Future Prospects

  • To continue onto full time employment

  • Must have good practical ability and a good knowledge of working to food hygiene and safety regulations
