30.0 hours per week Wednesday - Sunday, earliest start 9.30 am, latest finish 11.00 pm, split shifts, 9.30 am - 2/3.00 pm, 5:30 pm - 11.00 pm, max 8 hours a day, 30 minute break. Shifts to be confirmed.

Duties to include:

  • Preparing and serving all dishes from the menu, poultry and fish
  • Preparing and serving diverse dishes
  • Work from a pub classic menu and a la carte menu
  • Coming up with recipe ideas
  • Preparing lunch dishes
  • Dish and pot washing 
  • Prep and close down kitchen
