Apprentice Commis Chef based in Garstang. Working alongside head Chef gaining your Level 2 Commis Chef apprenticeship.



  • Working alongside the Head Chef
  • Preparing ingredients using fresh foods
  • Progressing on to cooking main meals
  • Training in food presentation
  • Keeping the work area clean and tidy
  • Working to Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations
  • PPE provided
