Apprentice Commis Chef based in Skipton. English and French food is served by this employer in a 16th century cellar with beams, stone walls and vaulted ceiling.


Working alongside the Chef Owner, duties will include:

  • Daily bread making
  • General food preparation
  • Butchery and fish preparation 
  • Creating fresh seasonal items
  • Following cleaning schedules
  • Adhering to health and safety
  • Following instructions

Future Prospects

To continue onto full time employment.
