The restaurant is open Wednesday & Thursday evening, Friday & Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday lunch.

The chef will be involved in all areas of the kitchen, working on pastry, some larder while supporting the team and vise versa. If one chef is under pressure, we are all under pressure so support is very important.
Pay will include tips to be paid with your wage at the end of the month. Free meals and drinks during work times.
Opportunity to take further courses under our company in which the company will pay for as long as you stay employed for the company for 12 months after completion of said course. Opportunity to learn some Michelin-trained techniques using advanced equipment within the kitchen.
Basic knife skills, basic knowledge of kitchens and health and safety.
