Responsibilities
We require an Apprentice Chef to prepare food in our delicatessen.
The delicatessen makes a selections of home-made products including pies, pastries, cakes, cooked meats, freshly prepared salads and hot food to take away.
The position will involve preparation of all products and maintaining hygiene standards, contribute to reviewing and refreshing menus, checking food stocks, report on shortages and prioritise food that is close to expiry.
Future Prospects
For the right candidate, there is the potential to secure a full time, permanent position within the company, upon completion of the Apprenticeship.

Training Provided
Level 2 Apprenticeship in Commis Chef.
There will also be the chance to obtain Functional Skills in Mathematics and English if required.
