The position is for an apprentice chef to assist the other chefs in the kitchen, moving around the different sections in the kitchen including pastry and learning all aspects of day-to-day prep and cooking in an award-winning kitchen with high standards using top quality ingredients.
- Preparing food

- Learning how to cook in the different sections of the kitchen
- Ensuring a high standard of hygiene
There is potential for permanent employment upon completion of the apprenticeship.
It would be preferred for the applicant to have their own uniform, however if they don’t, we could look at working around this. Having their own transport would be beneficial however we again can help with this by possibly providing staff accommodation if needed.

GCSE (or equivalent) grades A*-C/9-4 in English and Maths.
Commis Chef level 2 apprenticeship.
There is a possibility of studying towards your maths and English qualifications as part of your apprenticeship, dependant on personal circumstances.
