Duties/responsibilities to include:

  • Working within a busy kitchen environment alongside a qualified chef
  • General food preparation using fresh produce
  • Assisting with the production of 'specials'
  • Assisting with the service within the kitchen and during functions
  • Maintaining a high standard of hygiene
  • Looking at stock rotation
  • Adhering to food hygiene and health and safety regulations
