Job Description

To support the Cashiering team by providing competent and efficient handling of client’s money, whilst working toward learning about accounting & finance. For the right person, there is the opportunity to secure full time employment and progress to higher level qualifications.


Key Responsibilities will include:

  • To raise payments to distribute fund on behalf of our clients
  • To assist with the bank uploads & downloads
  • To enter postings to the client’s files daily
  • To assist in the entering of invoices
  • To deal directly with suppliers when querying receiving payment by cash or cheque
  • To assist with the closure of clients files
  • To send remittances for payments made to suppliers
  • To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work

  • Upon completion of the apprenticeship you could progress into full-time employment
