Responsibilities
What will the apprentice be doing?
You will be working on our reception desk and on our phone lines handling visitors and callers passing on messages and answering queries once you are confident. Once open, we have several members groups who meet at our centre and there is plenty of opportunity to meet new people and be the friendly face of Sight for Wight.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Full in house training will be given by the company, a nationally recognised qualification in Business Administration will be provided by Smart Training.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Possibility of ongoing employment dependent on the Charity funding.
