Responsibilities
Duties to all aspects of Business Administration to support the service including:
- Responding to emails and enquiries regarding the service
- Answering the telephone and liaising with clients and carers
- Filing
- Accounts duties
- Assisting with the initial stages of recruitment
- Copying
- Reception duties
- Data inputting
- Auditing
- Updating records and company trackers
- Any other duties to support the business

Progression for the right candidate within the organisation to Care Coordinator.
Reality Check
You will be working with vulnerable individuals. You may need to undertake a background Enhanced DBS check. As you develop further within the role, you may be asked to be 'on call'. In the case of a situation where cover can not be found you may need to step in and visit one of the service users. This should be avoidable in most instances.

Skills Required
- Must be computer literate and able to operate basic Microsoft Office packages including Word, internet and Excel
- Be able to compile an email in a professional manner

Qualifications Required
- GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English preferred
- IT qualification (or equivalent) would be beneficial however not essential
Training Provided
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
- Training will take place at the employer premises
