Job Description

Urgent vacancy! Apprentice Booking Officer required for PQMS based in Bedworth. This is an excellent opportunity to earn, learn and gain a nationally recognised qualification in Business Administration Level 3.


Duties include: 

  • Booking and scheduling
  • Allocate trainer to jobs
  • Scheduling courses
  • Customer service (telephone calls, dealing with customer enquiries, emails)
  • Use of bespoke software
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Problem solving

Qualifications Required

Training Provided
