Job Description

Bespoke Furniture Maker required for a Manufacturers business based in Nelson - working towards Furniture Manufacturer Level 2 qualification. For the right person, there is the opportunity to secure full time employment and progress to higher level qualifications.

Responsibilities

The ideal applicant will be trained to carry out a variety of Furniture Manufacturing duties including:

  • Sanding
  • Assembly 
  • Using Ancillary equipment
  • Edge Bander
  • Routers 
  • Various Saws
  • Keeping the workplace clean and tidy like the rest of the team

Future Prospects

  • Upon completion of the apprenticeship you could progress into full-time employment
