Responsibilities
Your daily duties will include:
- Communicating via phone
- Using IT/Computer systems
- Support to colleagues out in the field with appointments
- Ordering medication
- Keeping all admin records up to date including call logs, client journals, scheduling and appointments
- Supporting with Marketing and Social media
- Confidentiality is an extremely important part in this role
