Responsibilities
Daily duties:
- Working alongside the team providing reception duties, being the first point of contact to staff and visitors attending training sessions and meetings
- With ongoing supervision, the apprentice will provide day to day support and assistance in all work carried out by the department
- You will also undertake full administration duties, which will include dealing with training booking requests and enquiries, both in person, over the telephone and via email
