Job Description

Hillcrest Fabrications is a specialist in supply of bespoke Structural steel to a wide variety of sectors. The Apprentice administrator role ensures that the traceability for our accreditations is managed to a high standard.

Responsibilities

To assist with the traceability paperwork for all aspects of the business.

This will include :

  • Creating orders
  • Tracking budgets
  • Managing training matrix & booking training
  • Matching off delivery notes and orders
  • All other office general duties

  • Prospect of employment and promotion in a growing company

Reality Check

  • Preference for local candidates within 20-30 minutes of site
  • Minumum age: 18 years - this is due to site H&S requirements

Qualifications Required

  • GCSE or equivalent, grade C/4 in maths and English - (preferred)

Training Provided

  • Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard
  • Functional Skills Level 2 maths and English (if required)
