Apprentice Administration/Customer service Assistant based in Heywood, Rochdale.


Duties include:

  • Filing 
  • Data Entry Work
  • Various tasks on Microsoft Programs such as excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Resolving customer service issues via telephone and email
  • Monitoring customer service/sales email inbox
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Inputting/processing customer orders on bespoke system
