Job Description

Urgent vacancy for an Apprentice in Administration Support! Gain essential administration skills working alongside the leading A to Z Interpreting and Translation Services Limited in Birmingham! This is an Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3.

Responsibilities

Gain essential office experience with the successful A-Z Interpreting, whilst working towards an Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3 for 15 months.

Varied duties will include supporting with:

  • Telephone enquiries
  • Booking appointments and sending confirmations
  • Data input
  • Spreadsheets
  • Invoices
  • Databases
  • Using Microsoft Office programmes
  • Any other related duties to support business requirements

Qualifications Required

  • Age 16-18: maths and English at GCSE or Functional Skills (grades will be discussed at interview) or the equivalent 
  • Age 19+: must have maths and English GCSE grade 4 to 9 (A to C) or Functional Skills Level 2 or the equivalent 

Training Provided

  • Business Administration Level 3
  • Functional Skills qualifications in maths/English/IT (additional support available if required)
  • Full training provided at the employer site
