You will learn from an experienced and supportive team and there will be scope for your role to evolve as your experience develops. Your role will be busy and varied and due to the nature of the work, the daily workload will not always be predictable.


Main duties:

  • Data input, data extraction, photocopying, filing, binding documents and typing duties as required
  • Answer/deal with queries, both face to face and via the telephone, take messages and pass them on to the relevant member of staff in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Provide appropriate reception cover as and when required
  • Meet and greet visitors as required
  • Maintain filing systems in line with organisations policies and procedures
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
  • Be a flexible and supportive member of the team
  • Attend meetings, take minutes/notes etc.
  • Deal with internal and external post and e-mails on a day-to-day basis
  • Throughout the training period the post holder will be expected to complete all educational and training as required

Future Prospects

Full time role offered to applicants successful completion of Apprenticeship and subject to business requirements, needs and future objectives
