37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch and 2 x 15 minutes break.

Apprentice Administration Assistant based in Burnley. You will be providing clerical and administrative support to the business.


  • To provide clerical and administrative support within the business, working closely with operational staff, managers and customers in a highly sensitive environment
  • Under supervision maintain, update and extract information from systems and databases
  • Working within a small team of colleagues, developing and shaping the future of the business, whilst dealing with the day to day functions of the business
  • To provide word processing support within all aspects of the role. This includes using a full range of software packages, such as full Microsoft office suite, and other products required by the role
  • Providing general office support, interacting with clients on a daily basis via phone, email or in person
  • Participating in meetings, collecting and sorting post, ordering stationary, filing and other administrative tasks that are required
