Apprentice Administration Assistant role based in Blackburn, Lancashire.

Responsibilities

Duties to include:

  • Completing recruitment files (attaining references, documentation and ensuring compliance)
  • Inbound and outbound calls to staff and clients
  • Updating the system with staff availability
  • Arranging and booking training dates with new and existing staff
  • Allocating staff to shifts from clients
