Job Description

We are recruiting for enthusiastic & energetic Apprentice Activity Instructors for our unique & exciting national Activity Centres As an Apprentice Instructor, you'll put fun and adventure at the heart of your delivery, providing effective instruction to a variety of guest, and engaging with them through exciting and adventurous sessions!

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

As an Apprentice Instructor for Girlguiding, you will put fun and adventure at the heart of your delivery, providing effective instruction to a variety of guest, and engaging with them through exciting and adventurous sessions! You will be provided with full training  in delivering a hands-on taster experience to our guests, and will include everything from canoeing and kayaking to rock climbing and archery!

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Whilst undertaking your apprenticeship, you will be working towards Outdoor Activity Instructor - Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard and will be required to complete assignments within set deadlines.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

We have Activity Instructor vacancies availabe each season which a lot of previous apprentices apply for.
