The team: In the Human Performance group we are looking for apprentices to join our 80+ strong multidisciplinary team. You will develop the skills needed to contribute to a broad range of research and consultancy projects for defence and security. These projects will likely span a number of areas, including human factors engineering, usability, human cognition, command and control, cyber, and behaviour change.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Apprenticeship title: Level 6 Electrical/Electronic Technical Support Engineer
Apprenticeship length: 4 years (You will be released 1 day a week to visit the course provider)
Training provider: University of Chichester
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team on a range of critical Customer projects and our work encompasses world-leading research (exploring the ‘art of the possible’) to comprehensive evaluation and testing of systems and components.
