What will the apprentice be doing?
Duties to include:- To be responsible for the basic prep work for the section To keep the work section organised and tidy and follow the health and hygiene regulations To support the head chefWhat training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Attendance will be one day per week at college. You will receive the Commis Chef Level 2 standard apprenticeship qualification, upon successful completion.What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once successfully completed the apprenticeship, there is the potential to progress into full time employment, or into a higher-level apprenticeship – or potentially, both.Skills Required
