The Role:
Joining AESSEAL's Commercial Department is an opportunity to join a dedicated team managing global customer requirements, providing first class customer service at all times. You will develop communication and problem solving skills while working with the commercial team and other departments to ensure a problem free customer experience.

Duties Will Include:

  • The Commercial Apprentice will co-ordinate and assist with collating data from global customer satisfaction surveys and assist with communicating results
  • The job holder will be responsible for continuing an existing initiative to overhaul the existing global customer profile system; updating and modernising the existing company documents
  • The job holder will also be responsible for collating, analysing and issuing KPI & MOP's data along with assisting with publishing results
  • In order to gain an appreciation for a Commercial Administrator role, the Commercial apprentice will take on account management for a small portfolio of global customers/distributors and co-ordinate enquiries and orders with internal departments to ensure problem free customer experience
  • Throughout the apprenticeship you will gain an appreciation of the role of a commercial administrator and the skills required for global customer management, plus co-ordinate individual and team projects around customer service management

Skills Required:

  • Confident communicator both written and oral
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Competent in the use of MS Office packages
  • Foreign language skills such as Spanish would be useful

The successful candidate will study a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service. This will be aided by an Assessor who will carry out all assessments as work based learning, within the workplace.

Hours and Wage:
37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday
£5.12 per hour
£192 per week
