Job Description

Remit are recruiting on behalf of Bedford Body shop who are looking for an Administrator to help the smooth running of their busy Bodyshop. if you think you, have it in you, please apply.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • HR administration
  • Health and safety Administration
  • Front of House dealing with customer and clients needs face-to-face and over the phone with a professional and friendly approach
  • Service reception cover, taking care of Internal Processes and dealing with staff
  • General administration, Working across various systems within the business
  • Contacting external customers and providers for various information requests
  • Assisting with day-to-day smooth running of the service desk
  • MOT and vehicle bookings
  • General duties relevant to the smooth and efficient operation of the department as required by your line manager
  • Assisting with estimating & invoicing

Qualifications Required

  • A minimum of GCSE grade 9*- 3 (A* -D) or equivalent in maths and English

Training Provided

As a customer service apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 2 On successful completion, you will receive:

  • Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Level 1 / Level 2 Functional Skills in English & maths (if required)
