Job Description

You will help assist with ensuring the smooth running of the branch, assisting and processing home sales and liaising with the relevant parties involved in the home buying process.

Responsibilities

Day to day duties include but not limited to:

  • Diary management
  • Distribution of documentation
  • Conduct market research
  • Support the administration team
  • Email correspondence - both internal and external
  • Deal with inbound and outbound calls
  • Greet customers
  • Data entry 
  • Collate feedback from clients
  • Process and distribute letters
  • File management - both electronic and paper
  • Prepare packs for move ins
  • Invoice distribution and reconciliation

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, you have experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings or the home buying process
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills within the property industry
  • As an Administrator, we would expect you to; be able to pick up client relationships, ensure the smooth running of the branch, assisting and processing home sales and liaising with the relevant parties involved in the home buying process

We are currently conducting all interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
  • We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
  • Passport/Birth Certificate

Qualifications Required

5 GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) including maths and English.

 

Training Provided

Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
