Job Description

PETA Ltd are proud to be working with a leading business coaching company, Libra Coaching Limited, to recruit an Administrator Apprentice. In addition to administration and marketing, you will also support basic financial procedures and carry out PA duties.


What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Meet and greet customers and new contacts
  • Arrange all travel
  • Administer profit club and growth club
  • Support major events both onsite and at external venues
  • Control stock of Action Coach Materials, stationary and consumables
  • Keep sales force up to date regarding leads
  • Follow up with leads and customers
  • Coordinate marketing activity
  • Liaise with central marketing
  • Support administration of all events
  • Email and e-shot both leads and customers
  • Establish and maintain a personal 90 day plan each quarter
  • Maintain a high level of personal learning
  • Attend all organised training events

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15 month apprenticeship which includes 10 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

There is the intention for a full-time role to be offered to the suitable and successful candidate upon completion of the apprenticeship.
