We are looking for an apprentice consultant who is keen to come on board our journey. This is a great opportunity for a driven individual to join a small but well experienced recruitment team and build on the success we have delivered for our candidates, employees and clients.

The role is a multi-varied one with aspects of accounts, registration, compliance and account management. Our goal is to train and develop you in all parts of the business, giving you full exposure to our industry and the different roles our business requires.
We will show you how to register new candidates, following our bespoke registration process.
Train you how to update compliance on existing candidates, following our tailored compliance process and how to implement this onto our industry specific bespoke system.
Give you the experience on how to organising placements, both short term solutions and long-term solutions alongside following the process through to our internal accounts team to gain knowledge of how the procedure develops.
You will be fitting into a well experienced team as well as looking add your own stamp on our growing company.
We will support you with all the attributes required to perform this role including market knowledge training, sales training and bespoke CRM training, to name a few.
