Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will be assisting the Director of Administration and Business Office & HR Coordinator with day-to-day operations to support the smooth running of the London office, in a busy, fast-paced international law firm.


Your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing the employee absence recording and tracking process.
  • Assist with the recruiting process, including interacting with recruiters, coordinating interviews, managing pre-hire administration and on-boarding processes.
  • Assist with filing, scanning and general management of documents.
  • Help draft letters.
  • Assist with organisation and implementation of the office social events.
  • Gain experience supporting other departments on an ad hoc basis.
