Responsibilities
What will the apprentice be doing?
Supporting the coordination and operations teams with administration tasks Answering incoming calls promptly & courteously Opening new jobs on the system & handling simple, local jobs Liaising with the warehouse on incoming/outgoing activities Assisting in shipping fine art and antiques, arranging collections & deliveries Assisting in shipping via air freight, sea freight & road freight Guiding clients through the process of art shipping of their artifacts from different locations
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Apprentices will be required to attend college for 1 day per week at Harrow or Uxbridge Campus completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship.
Our Account Manager, industry-trained assessor and Learning Advocate will support apprentices to deliver our high-quality training programmes.
The apprentice will be required to complete:
- Full Level 3 accounting qualification
- Employment Rights and Responsibilities
- Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours
- Standard and End Point Assessment
- Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT (if required)
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
There is an opportunity if the candidate is successful in their apprenticeship that they will possibly be offered a job with the business afterwards.
