Job Description

Looking for a hard-working, problem solving and open-minded individual. A Level 3 business administrative role in the fashion e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities

Duties involve:

  • The apprentice will complete 18-24 months in this modern, vibrant, small business
  • On a daily basis they will be working with different areas of the organisation e.g. Procurement, Sales, Product Restoring and Grading, Customer Service etc. based upon the needs of the company and taking into account the preferences of the individual. All whilst being directed and learning through doing
  • The chosen individual will use multiple IT packages and systems to make improvements to the efficiency of the administration services, develop projects to improve operational efficiency and organise and manage diary commitments
  • They will draft correspondence, write reports, and review others' work. Whilst maintaining records and files
  • they will handle confidential information in compliance with the organisation's procedures
  • They will interact with customers on a daily basis – answering questions, queries and concerns regarding potential and realised sales
  • The individual will work cohesively with other members of the team to coach others in the processes required to complete these administrative tasks
  • Doing this whilst adding value to the business with creative and ‘out of the box’ problem solving to contribute to the efficient running of the business, through supporting a variety of areas

Future Prospects

  • This role can be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles within the company or other administrative positions within the fashion/e-commerce industry

Qualifications Required

  •  GCSE (or equivalent) Grades A*-C/9-4 in maths and English

Training Provided

  • Business administrator level 3 apprenticeship standard

Apprentices will be required to attend college at least x1 day per week either at Uxbridge, Harrow or Hayes Campus completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship.

Our Account Manager, industry-trained assessor and Learning Advocate support apprentices to deliver our high-quality training programmes.

The apprentice will be required to complete:

  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities
  • Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours
  • Standard and End Point Assessment
  • Other training will be provided by the employer as required to enable the fulfilment of the job role.
