What will the apprentice be doing?
Ordering and arranging collections of for sale boards
Assisting Sales Negotiator Assistants with brochure preparation, newspaper ads, dotmailers, LED screen and sold in street flyers
Helping with dictation of appraisal letters and valuation reports
Attending property viewings as necessary
Helping with creation and posting of department social media posts
Downloading title plans and liaising with our internal GIS mapping team
Netsuite–setting up clients, opportunities, jobs and raising invoices
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The successful candidate will undertake a combination of in-house training and completion of an external Business Administration Apprenticeship for 18 months. Upon completion of the program, there is plenty of opportunity within the company to progress.
